    flexible systems

    district?
  • Socially driven (some states have a historical
    context of local control, others have always had
    strong state influence)

    of issues which differ from New York, each system
    is unique)

and this requires new approaches and a new way of
THINKING and DOING

    members of a global society? How do we integrate
    lessons from the world into all classrooms in the
    United States?

  • Form strong collaborations within the profession
    -- real, not just superficial!
  • Learn from our friends and colleagues in other

    and teachers
