• noted that UNESCO does not seek to direct a
  single regulatory network.
• noted the increasing regional cooperation and
  inter-regional cooperation
• suggested that relations between national QA and
  international QA/accreditation could be a topic
  of the future tasks of the Global Forum
• agreed that further capacity building activities
  should be carried out to share good practice in
  development
