• Welcome - parents!

Our Goals for Your Child

• To give your child the academic and social skills
  he/she will need to progress to fifth grade.
• To provide a supportive and fun classroom
  environment.
• To help your child make new friends and discover
  new interests.

Weekly Papers

• Papers will be sent home on Tuesday. We ask that
  you sign the cover letter and return only the top
  cover sheet.
•   These are due back the next day.

Grading Scale

• A 90 100
• B 80 89
• C 73 79
• D 70 72
• F 69 and below

Class Subjects

• The subjects we cover during fourth grade are
• Language Arts
• Math
• Science
• Social studies
• Music, art, physical education, library skills,
  and computer

Fourth Grade Discipline

• We each keep The Book on our classes, in which
  we record any discipline problems.
• Positive rewards are given for good behavior.

Homework

• Homework is assigned daily, except Friday
• Every child is responsible for doing his/her
  homework.
• Homework will be written in your childs
• agenda daily. PLEASE SIGN THE AGENDA NIGHTLY.
  This way I will know that you are aware of your
  childs homework. I may, also, write a note to
  you in the agenda.
