Facts
  • By 2010 we will have 167,754,000 skilled jobs to
    fill in the US with 157,721,00 to fill them.
  • 25 of employees caring for elderly relatives
    have changed jobs due to care giving
    responsibilities.
  • There are now 34 million Americans over 65
  • and 1.5 million over the age of 90.

  • By 2008 the number of adult workers from 25 to 40
    years old will DECLINE by 1.7 million, this with
    77 million baby boomers who will be eligible for
    retirement.
  • One-fifth of the countrys large, established
    companies will be losing 40 or more of their
    top-level talent in the next five years.
