This old fax letter from NASA was received at
Marth 1998, giving the real start of HEND
experiment in our Institute From that time we
have very good cooperation with American
scientists in this experiment

In June 1998 we applied to General Director of
Russian Aviation and Space Agency for support of
this experiment From that time we have very
good support for this experiment from Russian
Aviation and Space Agency.

Due to this two Agencies, RosAviaKosmos and
NASA, we were able to make this experiment and
to invite all of you to this Workshop for the
very first discussion of HEND science Well come
to IKI! I wish you all interesting and
productive meeting!
