I took my inspiration from my old garden.

A New House Calls for a New Garden

We start with a tabula rasa not much here.

It looks bleak from this direction too.

So we create a stone garden with raised deck.

Build around existing objects.

The rake creates waves the large rock represents
an island, also called a turtle.

The deck floats on a stone sea.
