Scenario

• Jose in an 8th grader and has been given time on
  the internet to research his social studies
  project. He has finished the researching and is
  ready to start writing his paper.

• As he finishes researching, Jose notices that
  there is still 20 minutes left of class. The
  teacher is at her desk grading papers and can not
  see his monitor. Jose is the first one done, and
  he thinks he will have plenty of time to write
  his paper.

• He begins looking at a variety of things on the
  internet. Maria is sitting next to Jose and
  still researching for her project. She notices
  that Jose is finished researching and should go
  to the tables and begin writing his paper.
