4,000 years ago in China was common in The
Roman Empire Europe throughout the middle
ages.However the progress that we see today
(fish nutritionist, fish vets surgeons, fish
experts in general) is primarily from the last
100 years.

fish for food but it also includes shrimp,
crawfish, lobsters, oysters, clams, alligators,
