Major Changes to Conference Package

• Removed package parameters. Performing
  "recursive" membership algorithm is a focus local
  policy.
• General information (i.e. pointers to additional
  available services) is removed. XML schema can be
  extended in future per XCON direction.
• Dialog information removed. Can be obtained by
  direct subscription to a dialog package of a
  participant.

• Media stream information is aligned with SDP
  definitions (media and protocol) and SSRC
  attribute is added. (for speaker identification)
• Participant's status is expressed using two
  optional statuses "activity" and "history".
  Optional "is-on-a-dial-out-list" indication
  added.
• Normative references to XCON work are removed.
• Optional sidebar rosters are added.
