• Overview
• An HBCU Classic is unique! Its the most
  highly-charged and fun weekend of events in
  college football and includes multiple marketing
  opportunities. In partnership with the two most
  prominent Historically Black College and
  University conferences, ESPN brings its event
  management expertise to the MEAC/SWAC Challenge
  event. The SWAC and the MEAC have forged strong
  reputations for academic and football excellence
  (combined 13 alumni in the NFL Hall Of Fame)
  along with intense rivalries and a spectacular
  atmosphere featuring the nations liveliest
  marching bands, great parties, and spirited fan
  and student participation.
• This event was created to give the
  student-athletes from these conferences a taste
  of experiencing a big time bowl game. ESPNs
  commitment is to give the student-athletes a
  first class experience along with national
  television exposure. It is indeed unique. This
  isnt your traditional classic.

• MEAC/SWAC Vendor Application For Tailgate
  Vendors will be assigned on a first come, first
  served basis unless part of sponsorship
  requirement. Please indicate your vendor
  classification and pay as appropriate.
• -Non-Food vendors will be provided one 8 Table
  and 2 chairs.
• -Accessibility to electrical will be limited.
• -Vendors assigned open air locations must
  provide their own tents or coverings. Coverings
  should not exceed 10 x 10 feet in width or the
  size of the space requested.
