Potential Issues

• Naming conventions acceptable?
• Media type registration is the draft the right
  place to put the templates?
• Port is irrelevant for TDM. Is "set to 0" the
  right treatment?
• New protocols OK? No formats defined -- rely on
  attributes.
• Attribute parameters contain "", "/", "," OK?
