    orientation, work with faculties to
    internationalize the curriculum.
  • International Recruitment taken on by Faculty of
    Arts Science. - Directed to give priority to
    applications from authorized agents.
  • Office of the Registrar had ½ staff member
    evaluating international documents.
  • -Directed to not give priority to applications
    from authorized agents.

  • Spring of 2004 Vice-President Academic, Vice-
    President Student Services, and the Dean of Arts
    Science felt a more focused, team perspective
    required for international recruitment and
    admissions.

  • Office of the Registrar created a new unit and
    were physically moved into the International
    Education Centre.
  • Director of International Recruitment and the
    University Studies International Program Advisor
    moved into the International Education Centre
    remain under direction of Faculty of Arts
    Science.

  • A cooperative modal of Management was created.
  • The same priority and focus was given to
    recruitment and admissions.

    offices and CIC officials in home countries.
