Mentoring Pilot Program

• Pilot Program Launched July 2005
• LCM research identified need to offer
  peer-to-peer mentoring for ASQ members
• Pilot to focus on Regular members
• Engage Fellow members as mentors
• Engage 2nd year members as protégés
• Follow progress for 6 months
• Review program and propose orgwide launch

• Mentors
• Must be an ASQ Fellow
• 10 years professional experience
• Commitment to take on 2-3 protégés
• Commitment to contact protégés via e-mail or
  phone at least twice a month
• 3-5 hours per month time commitment
• Commitment to serve as a mentor for 6 months
• Commitment to complete a mentoring survey
