12Distributor Accounts
- 20 Commission on new sales of the STFM 60
subscription, which translates into 12 per sale. - 5 Renewal Commission from all customers who sign
up from Group accounts. - 2.5 Referral Commission from customers who
originated from a Group account and who,
subsequently, have referrals from customer to
customer. - To benefit from renewals or referrals, Sales
Executives must FIRST have made 100 direct sales
AND must be selling a minimum of four (4)
subscriptions per month to non Group entities OR
recruit a new Distributor account which sells at
least 2 sales per month.
13Non Distributor Accounts Selling to Individuals
- 30 Commission on new sales of a 60 subscription
which comes to 18 per sale - 10 Renewals on customers who consistently renew
subscriptions - 5.0 Referral Commission from customers who are
referred through the customer-to-customer network
who originated from the first customers sold - To benefit from renewals or referrals, Sales
Executives must FIRST have made 100 direct sales
AND must be selling a minimum of four (4)
subscriptions per month to non Distributor
entities OR recruit a new Distributor account
which sells at least 2 sales per month. - There are five (5) bonus programs explained on
the next slide.
14Bonus for Non Distributor Accounts
- Bonus 1 - STARTER 10 (One-time Bonus)
- 10 subscriptions within 10 days of signing up, SE
will receive a 50 bonus. -
- Bonus 2 - ADD 50 (Recurring Bonus)
- Additional 50 subscriptions within 50 days, SE
will receive an extra 200. - Bonus 3 FIRST 500 (One-time Bonus)
- Upon reaching first 500 sales, SE will receive a
500 bonus. -
- Bonus 4 RUN 2500 (Recurring Bonus)
- For every 2,500 subscriptions , SE will receive
an additional 1,000 bonus. -
- Bonus 5 Refer-a-Rep (Recurring Bonus)
- SE earns 50 after their referral makes just five
sales.
15Renewals
- The Renewals commission is based only on direct
sales from Distributors and non Distributors, but
are not paid on referrals - 10 on non Distributor renewals
- 5 on Distributor renewals
- You must have sold to at least 100 non
Distributor customers (ie. parents) - You must be an ACTIVE sales executive which means
you must sell at least 4 non Distributor sales
per month to qualify for renewals OR recruit a
new Distributor account which sells at least 2
sales per month - If you do not meet these requirements in a given
month, you may still revive renewal commissions
in the following month
16Referrals
- 5 referral fee that originate from non
Distributor accounts - 2.5 referral fee that originate from Distributor
accounts - You must have sold to at least 100 non
Distributor customers (ie. parents) - You must be an ACTIVE sales executive which means
you must sell at least 4 non Distributor sales
per month OR recruit a new Distributor account
which sells at least 2 sales per month to qualify
for renewals - If you do not meet these requirements in a given
month, you may still revive renewal commissions
in the following month

- Sales Executives receive free subscription after
making just 3 sales - Sales Executive are encouraged to order a initial
supply of promotional bookmarks via the website
to begin their local marketing initiatives - After making just 1 sale you will be given a STFM
