Whats Wrong With This Picture?
  • Tuesday, June 19, 2007
  • This was a very close call last Sunday night for
Charlotte Firefighters when a motorist slammed
into the rear of E22 on I-85. Two suffered minor
injuries and were treated and released. One was
hit by debris and the other injured his back
while climbing a concrete barrier to provide
assistance. The driver was the only occupant of
the of the car (a Volvo) and was pinned in. He
was later pronounced dead at the hospital. E22
was providing assistance to another MVA when this
accident occurred. They were within a minute or
    so of clearing the scene.
