Current Practice
  • students are being directed to exemplary online
    lessons that have been developed by others

    they are away, or work at home
  • teachers at Yennadon are putting more content
    online that students can access

    week under parental supervision

A Parent / Guardian must
  • request the Cyber School option in writing by
    filling out the information brochure
  • check their email for teacher messages at least
    once a week
  • arrange for supervision of their child during
    online days

  • Q.1 How many days will be online?
  • A.1 Starting in the second half of September, one
    day a week, working towards two days a week when
    students are ready.
  • Q.2 What day(s) will be online?
  • A.2 We hope Thursday, and later, Tuesday will be
    online days.

  • Q.3 What if I temporarily cannot provide
    supervision for online days?
  • A.3 The child is welcome to come to school.
  • Q.4 What if the Cyber School option does not work
    out for my child?
  • A.4 Students who experience difficulties are
    welcome to attend face-to-face five days a week
    as each class will be a blend of face-to-face and
    cyber students.

    home?
  • A.5 Students will require a computer (Mac or PC),
    printer, internet connection, and email accounts
    for both parent and child.
  • Q.6 Will my child be online all day long?
  • A.6 No, students will only be required to be
    online when researching, participating in the
    online community, or at prearranged meeting
    times.
