Product environmental declaration for concrete

• No product environmental declarations are used so
  far in construction in Slovenia.
• Competition is currently based on price only.
• Considering that
• a large proportion of general contractors holds
  ISO 9001 certificate, and that
• the number of companies holding ISO 14000
  certificate is growing,
• it can be anticipated that environmental
  declarations will become more used in practice
