• CfP of some conferences have some delay
• CfP of workshops has also some delay
• SSBM has not yet prepared the Word template for
  preparing papers in due format

• Around 12 rooms ranging from 40 to 2000 people
• Located at Santiago de Chile downtown and close
  to the official WCC hotels (for one of them you
  need just to cross the street)
