Conclusion
  • While some seafarers may have difficult lives
    and may see nothing positive for them from the
    DP, perhaps rarely hearing from him, there are
    some DPs who themselves are put in difficult
    situations and who would benefit from additional
    support from seafarers and shore based management
    alike.
