• In this session

• You will be asked to develop a QA infrastructure
  to support a service based on use of collection
  description metadata
• You should take a broad view of this work, and
  address
• Metadata content
• Metadata format
• Software issues
• Workflow procedures
• Human issues
• If you are not involved in collection
  descriptions you should find that the QA process
  is related to general metadata QA
