• PSCD - Lucent Tewfik Doumi
• Relationship between PSCD and Vehicle Terminal
• How does PS envision these two devices?
• Are they both radio devices?
• Or is PSCD used as THE transceiver both inside
  and outside the vehicle?
• Are they both multi-radio devices?
• After exiting the vehicle is the user expected to
  communicate (and be addressable) through both
  devices?
• When in the vehicle which device is used for
  communications (vehicle terminal is assumed)?
• Is Vehicle Terminal expected to function like an
  access point (managing access to/from other
  PSCDs, or as a repeater/bridge?

• Mission-Critical voice
• TIA TR-8/APIC motion approved to not include
  mission-critical voice in broadband work
• Mission Critical voice is identified in MESA
  System Overview page 11 The IAN is capable of
  supporting a wide variety of applications. They
  range from challenging broadband applications
  such as mission critical voice/video
  communications that have demanding requirements,
  to less demanding or criticaldata transactions
  which may only require negligible resources or
  priority from the network.
