proposals, - finalization and approval of the tender,
- notification of the final tender decision, and
execution of the contract, - as all sorts of notifications.
- The principles and procedures concerning the
establishment and operation of the Electronic
Public Procurement Platform as well as the use of
electronic means during the tendering process

- 1. Preparation of Procurement Notice
- Requires a tiny browser add-in
- Information stored on client file system until
submission - User directed while filling the form according to
legislative requirements - 2. Submission of Procurement Notice
- When preparation is done, user submits the notice
to PPA
