• The main duties of the PPA are
• To evaluate and conclude any complaints
• To prepare, develop and guide the implementation
  of all the legislation
• To provide training on procurement legislation
• To compile and publish statistics

• E- PPP (Electronic Public Procurement Platform)
  is introduced.
• preparation and submission of the tender
  document,
• preparation, submission, and evaluation of the
  proposals,
• finalization and approval of the tender,
• notification of the final tender decision, and
  execution of the contract,
• as all sorts of notifications.
• The principles and procedures concerning the
  establishment and operation of the Electronic
  Public Procurement Platform as well as the use of
  electronic means during the tendering process
  shall be determined by the Authority.

• 1. Preparation of Procurement Notice
• Requires a tiny browser add-in
• Information stored on client file system until
  submission
• User directed while filling the form according to
  legislative requirements
• 2. Submission of Procurement Notice
• When preparation is done, user submits the notice
  to PPA

• PPA checks the semantics of procurement notice,
  if there is a need to adjustment, warns the
  authority and sends back

• Authority requests for publishment of notice at
  the following day

• Payment information transmitted to PPA lively via
  shared software of banks and PPA

• These authorities send hard copies of procurement
  notice and payment information to PPA
