• Setbacks from FRC have caused the chapter to
  adjust the budget for the year
• Unable to provide food for tonights meeting
• Chapter dues help

  you questions and concerns

• For Future Reference
• If there are questions or concerns, please
  address them to your Conference Planning Chair,
  Treasurer, or President as soon as you have them
• During Conference season, please make your
  decisions as soon as you possibly can.
• Planning is easier with a definite number (or a
  relatively close count) of participants to ensure
  the chapter doesnt lose a large amount of money

• Conference Preparations
• Fall Regional Conference (FRC)
• Chapter accommodations include only hotel and
  travel
• Food is generally not provided unless you are a
  graduating senior (luncheon) or PCI student
• National Convention
• Same as FRC, chapter provides you with a package
  deal for hotel round trip transportation
• NSBE does not provide food, but there are several
  hospitality suites, lunches, etc. that are
  company-sponsored

  eliminated
• Travel hotel are PACKAGED together so you pay

• It provides a time for the chapter to bond with
