• Technology is having a dramatic effect on
  universities.
• Online learning enables teachers to offer
  information related to their course that increase
  flexibility and improve access to information.
• Currently focusing on management of educational
  content, rather than the delivery of adaptable
  content.

• Definition
• An agent is a computer system that is situated in

  autonomous action in this environment in order to
  meet its design objectives. (Wooldridge and
