Collaborative efforts between users and
designers/developers

• Davidson et al argues, the problem can arise if
  professionals assume that collaborative efforts
  to implement use of new computer technology will
  be unproblematic. They believe an approach that
  allows both users and designers to contribute
  ideas will likely result in more satisfying
  answers, and therefore ultimately in technology
  more useful to users.

Research question

• RQ What are the relationships among users and
  designers interaction, interpersonal conflict,
  user participation, and the effective/easier
  implementation of IS/IT?

Hypotheses

• H1 Will decreased interpersonal conflict lead to
  a more effective/easier implementation of IS/IT?
• H2 Will increased user participation lead to a
  more effective/easier implementation of IS/IT?
• H3 Will increased interaction lead result to a
  more effective/easier implementation of IS/IT?

Contribution to research and practice

• A research conducted from this point of view
  would add some insights into collaborative
  efforts and etc when it comes to the
  effective/easier implementation of IS/IT. While
  well known researchers as Delone and Mclean has
  focused upon IS success and it has been
  empirically tested, we will focus more on what
  factors leading the implementation to be more
  effective and easier.
