Biohazard XO

• Makes any important announcements towards the
  guild.
• Brings guild issues to the attention of the
  board.
• Any decisions made by the board will be announced
  and in most cases be executed by the XO.

Recruitment and Evaluation

• Recruits new members together with the class
  officers.
• With the cooperation of the class officer he/she
  will decide if the members are biohazard
  material.
• If your class leader is unavailable to you or you
  have a direct problem with him, this is the
  person you go to.

Class Officer

• Helps you to setup everything (ex. Forum, vent,
  mods).
• This is the first person you go to if you have a
  problem.
• Invites the members in their class for raids.
• All class specific loot will be sent to this
  person and distributed among the members.
• Decides on the rotation for members on raids and
  loot distribution.

Personal Relations Manager

• Tries to keep the fun in the guild.
• Tries to make everyone feel part of the biohazard
  team.
• If you have a personal problem which isnt
  directly game related, this person will try to
  help you.

Event Manager

• Sets up the different events and keeps a balance
  in it. These events concern- Raids (together
  with raid leaders)- In game guild meetings-
  Events to help out guildies outside raids-
  Officer meetings
• Keeps track of attendance during events.

Raid Leader

• Leads the raids.
• Invites the class leaders (or their representees)
  in raids.
• Sets raid dates and times with the event manager.

Guild Asset Manager

• Keeps track of what is in the different guild
  banks.
• Distributes the bank loot.
• Puts high end orders to the profession experts.
• Master looter during raids.

Guild Profession Expert

• Provides raids with the necessary gear. (fire
  res, repair bot, potions).
• All profession specific mats will be sent to this
  person.
• Learns as much as possible patterns/recipes as
  possible.
• Works together with a few people in the guild who
  have different specs (armor smith, tribal
  leatherworker).
