Aims of the programme

• Main aim
• To change the point of view in youth politics
• Other aims
• The involvement of the target group through
  useful free-time activities (rewarding voluntary
  work)
• Establishing cooperation (partnership,
  professional help, mediation)
• Spreading and maintaining the project
  adaptability
• Carrying out tasks of the Crime Prevention Action
  Plan and in the Youth Action Plan
• (cultural, education, social sphere etc.)

Target

• Primary youth between 14-25, who dropped out of
  school and employment for some reason
• Secondary youth between 12-30, who live in the
  city (not only in Pécs, but in other citys of
  the County)

• Schedule of the programme
• Yearly schedule according to the Action Plan
• Fitted to the cycles of applications

Main elements in the programme

• Communicational activities
• Partner organizations meeting
• Regular training and advisory activities
• Building and managing a network of volunteers
• Thematic free-time activities (experiences,
  results)
• The programme is open, continuously involves new
  communities and institutions
• New programmes can be built up and complement the
  original (complexity)

Results

• The target group did not have the possibility
  before to participate in organized useful (safe)
  free-time activities
• The programme builds on the already existing
  elements
• Cooperation with local association working on the
  same field.
• The programme continuously involves communities
  and associations
• So far these associations worked separately. Now
  they plan new activities and projects together.
