own business. 1922 AB Hägglund Söner was
founded. 1972 Asea purchased
Hägglunds. 1986 Hägglunds
purchased Denison.
1988 Hägglunds split into three. Hägglunds
Denison became a limited company.
1991 Hägglunds Denison sold to the Incentive
Group. 1993 Denison part sold, name changed to
Hägglunds Drives. 1997 Atle Karolin acquired
Hägglunds Drives. 2005 Hägglunds Drives is
100 owned by Ratos.
