Infrastructure of the lab

• Infrastructure of the lab is COMPLETE!
• Water cooling running (turbo pump for now)
• Nitrogen gas (chamber venting, connected)
• Compressed air (connected for roughing valve
• need manyfold for connecting pneumatic legs
• Electrical power
• UPS
• Regular (for bakeouts)
• Low noise (electronics)

UHV chamber

• UHV system is operational
• 270 l/s Turbo pump roughing pump running nicely
• 500 l/s ion pump running ok
• ion gauge (connected to computer)
• mass analyzer (channeltron, running)
• Sample holder (two days ago)

So far bake out temp is too low

• Connect Titanium Sublimation Pump
• Proper Bake out some parts at 70C so far
• Electrochemical Sulfur doser

• Adaptation of Gxsm software
• Adquisition interface is complete
• Some features not yet implemented
