Visual Inspection

• Visual inspection all heaters
• Label the lead wire near the heaters
• Check resistant of all heaters

Panel Preparation

• Clean the bonding surface
• Determine the required position

Heater Tape Installation

• To press the heater onto the panel.
• Roll from the center toward the edges

Wired heater in 5 groups

• Wired heaters in series into 5 groups
• Power on heater groups in 120V DC
• To press and repeat several times on heaters.

Electric Checkouts

• Electrically isolated with the panel
• Record the voltage and current values
• Put glue on the edges of heaters.

The next step

• 2nd set tracker panel manufacturing is in process
  (other parts completed except skins)
• RAM main radiator BOF fabrication is in process
  (will be completed in mid-Feb)
• WAKE main radiator drawing review is in process
• Working on radiator panel air shipping
