The Team

• We are a pan-Kent NHS team, and are currently
  re-aligning to focus on our key programme areas
  of work. We plan to have a full team in place by
  the end of December
• Our work impacts upon the lives of 24 of the
  Kent Population
• Our Directorate covers the following aspects of
  child health commissioning aged 0-18yrs
• Universal Provision and Service Delivery Changes
  required by the implementation of the Health
  Child Programme
• Disabled Children and Long Term Conditions
• Child and Adolescent Mental Health
• Vulnerable Children Young People
• Teenage Pregnancy Sexual Health
• Acute Hospital Services
