• 2. Delivereth upon customer requests as thou
  would want to be delivered to
• 3. Knoweth how and when thou art going to use
  customer information before thou asketh for it
• 4. Thou shalt not covet customer information that
  thou cannot or will not use
• 5. Only provideth thou customer with information
  that is relevant
• 6. Thou shalt not use thy customers private
  information in vain
• 7. Honour thy customer by appropriately
  acknowledging and addressing wrongful product or
  service issues
• 8. Thou shalt personalize, customize and humanize
  at every opportunity
• 9. Thou shalt not commit monologue with thy
