Inter-Governmental Relations

• Govt. will absorb much of the available skilled
  labour
• Dense mass of intergovernmental relations and of
  other relations (recall FNC, Ch. 14, p. 375
  the faces and interfaces of self-government) e.g.
  , must relate to various departments of
  municipal and country governments federal and
  provincial governments other local ab. govts a
  supra-level ab. govt consultants developers
  multinational corporations and own constituents
• Hence, there will be a heavy burden of govt not
  a good mix of govt private firms
