Launch TimeCard Form, Create New Entry, Lookup,
Insert/Edit or Delete Timesheet Detail
View ongoing or completed orders. Tap New to
create a new entry.
Enter details, tap Next to proceed to next page.
Insert, Edit or Delete crew details. Use LookUp
to search for crew member name, if not sound in
list, tap Add Crew to enter crew member name.
Tap Back to proceed to previous screen insert
crew member timecard details. Enter as many
timecard entries as required. Tap Next to proceed
to next screen.

Summary Overview, Signature, Save As
Select a specific timecard summary from drop down
menu and Tap Show to display the entry. Total
hours for ALL timecard entries displayed in
Summary Overview.
Sign entry. Save as Ongoing or Completed. Tap
Refresh to send completed data wirelessly over
the network as well as retrieve any new data that
has been sent to your device.

To access the Web Manager, please type in the

require you to enter your UserName and Password

Web Manager View of all available forms, Manage
user(s) and profile
Select the form from which you would like to view
data
My profile allows you to change your web manager
login password

Download selected record(s), View record in XML,
MS Excel or Printer Ready format
Click the printer icon or XML icon to display
data in desired format
Check the record(s) required and click OK to
download the records into MS Excel.
