Purpose of Facilities Master Planning

• Guide the District in planning, funding, and
  development of modernization, expansion programs
  for each of the existing school sites.

• Address Equity and Parity throughout the District

Purpose of Facilities Master Planning

• Define, validate BCA deficiencies list and
  prioritize the key issues

• Serve as a ready guide for the District in
  planning of facility modernization, joint-use
  partnership, and asset management opportunities.

• Address costs associated with modernization,
  maintenance, upgrades, replacement, and expansion
  on a site-by-site basis

• Position the District to be ready when facility
  funding vehicles are offered.
