- NOAA is leasing 6,100 square feet at HARC

- Consolidated storage facility for small boats in
Honolulu - Agreement with University of Hawaii to provide
small boat storage of small boats at Snug Harbor
facility (until PRC completion) - Docking and support of three NOAA ships
