Representative Democracy
  • Government by the people
  • We have the power to choose our elected officials
    by voting.
  • Involves a list of rules. The U.S. uses what
    we call the Constitution.
  • The choice with the majority vote is what passes.
    This is similar to how things are decided on in
    a Democracy.
