Anonymity in our Lives

• Anonymity on the Internet allows us to
  communicate openly with people we dont know
  well.
• It is dangerous for those same reasons we dont
  know the person.
• The Internet becomes a home away from home
  where we can take on a second personality, or
  mask our real identity.
• Anonymity promotes mass communication where
  instead of having relationships with a few people
  over the phone, we can be simultaneously talking
  with tens or hundreds of people.

• The Moral and Ethical Responsibilities of
  handling Recycled Electronic
• Know what you have
• Know how long you have had it
• Understand what its primary function is/was and
  the pros and cons of using it for other
  applications
• Establish an awareness of hazardous materials
  and develop proper (and legal) storage just
  because its legal doesnt mean its correct!
• Develop a safe method for distribution and
  disposal
• a man organized a non-profit business for the
  purpose of recycling used electronics and then
  redistributing them to people in the community
  who (for whatever reason) couldnt acquire their
  own.
• One day an inspector from the Department of Toxic
  Waste visited the non-profits warehouse and
  wrote them up for not having the devices
  inventoried.
• They were informed that they had 30 days not only
  to audit their warehouse but they also had to
  dispose of what they had on the shelf for more
  than a year
