1. Government Policy on ICT
  • BACKGROUND
  • Thailands Information and Communication
    Technology (ICT) policy places a priority on the
    role of ICT in social and economic development by
    emphasizing the improvement of the quality of
    life and society through developing a
    knowledge-based society

  • In the global context, the development of ICT in
    Thailand can be considered average
  • Compare with the other Asia countries, they are
    more developed than Thailand

    information and communication infrastructure
  • A shortage of ICT human resources
