• If no change, write to BR without submitting

• 4 months before Start Dateend of November for A
  season andend of June for B season
• Last amendments 2 weeks before
• Any time during the season
• amendment received less than two weeks before the
  publication date will not be included
• Circular letter to all adms

• BR shall use the requirements from the previous
  corresponding season schedule
• BR advises administrations concerned
