• Please wear your delegate badge at all times
• You require a new visitor pass for each day
• Blank passes are available at reception if you do
  not have one for tomorrow/Friday.
• Please remain within the conference room and
  mezzanine area
• Do not leave the building or move around the site

Safety

• Fire exits from Conference Room
• If fire alarm sounds
• It is a voice alarm and will instruct you to
  either remain where you are or exit the building
• If fire alarm instructs you to leave the building
• Do not collect personal belongings
• Please leave by the nearest exit
• Please go to the car park at the front of the
  building do not move from here unless
  instructed
• Do not enter the building again until instructed

General housekeeping

• Smoking
• Please do not smoke anywhere inside the building
• You are able to smoke on the balcony to the right
  side of the conference room
• Toilets
• The toilets are available through the doors to
  the left side of the conference room and are
  signposted
