• Every Child Matters and the 2004 Children
  Act have set out the vision for children's
  services for the next decade. Safety and Justice
  and the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act
  2004, offer positive improvement in responses to
  domestic violence across Government.
• This publication A Vision for Services for
  Children and Young People affected by Domestic
  Violence offers a pathway for services for
  children experiencing domestic violence.
