Step One

• Open a Word doc.

• Use the drawing toolbar to add a TEXT BOX

Step 3-7

• Add a text box and type in your business address.
• Add another text box and type in your business
  phone number and fax number
• Add a third text box and type in your name
  followed by your job title.
• Example Miss Linville, Teacher
• Add a fourth text box and type your email.

Step 8

• Now format the text box by right clicking and go
  to FORMAT TEXT BOX.

Step 9

• Open your logo and copy and paste it into your
  Business Letterhead.

Step 10

• Add the name of your business
• Maybe use WORD ART

• Now for the LAYOUT
• EVERY PICTURE AND TEXT BOXMUST BE ABOVE THE 2
  INCH MARK AND BELOW THE 8 INCH MARK.
