Training Goals
  • Increase PHIPA-related knowledge in relation to
    ones work
  • Promote teamwork for novel workgroups that
    included multiple job classifications
  • Generate grassroots recommendations for
    PHIPA-related improvements at JMCC

Training Principles
  • Keep participants attention and promote active
    involvement in the learning process (i.e. approx.
    50 information delivery 50 group-work time)
  • Maximize benefit to the Centre mixed participant
    groups working towards the same goal, generate
    recs. for Centre use
  • Efficient use of staff time (less than 2 hrs.)
