My personal culture

• I am a born again Christian
• Raised in the Church.
• Despite my religious up-bringing, my views are
  quite liberal.
• Part Native American and part Hispanic
• I have lived in other countries and I tend to
  take a little of everybodys culture and combine
  it with my own.

My worldviews

• I am accepting of alternate lifestyles and
  religions.
• Accepting different cultures and understanding
  them lets me see all people as equals.
• My religious background enables me to feel love
  for everyone and know that they are Gods
  creation.

Expectations for students

• Regardless of race, sex,religion, or ability all
  children have the right to the best education
  possible.
• I expect all my students to put forth 100 effort
  in all they do.
• All my students will be treated equally.
• I will expect the best from all my students.

Differences between students

• Get to know the students personally.
• Listen to what the students say to you.
• Observe them and learn their strengths and
  weaknesses.
• Have open communication with students parents.
• Encourage students to talk with you when they are
  having problems.

• By understanding the varying differences between
  your students, you are better enabled to guide
  your students.
