What is AIM?
  • Check Credit
  • Activate New Customers
  • View Existing Customer Information (Price plan,
    commitment period, balance , etc.)
  • View and Add Memos
  • Change Customer Addresses and Phone Numbers
  • Change CTNs
  • Process Renewals
  • Change ESNs
  • Add New CTNs for Existing Customers
  • Run Usage Summary or User Detail Reports
    (Managers)

  • All Agent Account Executives and Agent Managers
    were trained on AIM. 
  •  
  • November
  • AIM was rolled out to about 21 Agents throughout
    the our markets. 
  • Our largest Agent in ETN/WNC, was one of those
    Pilot Agents.  The agent was doing about 50 of
    their activations on AIM.
  • We kept in close contact with our AIM source at
    corporate and with IS for whatever problems we
    had.  This helped work out the bugs in the
    system. 
  • May
  •  All other Agents were trained and got to
    experience the AIM system in May  
  • In ETN/WNC we had a AIM contest to help
    increase the usage.  We had a new Agent in TN4
    that had 100 of their activations on AIM. 
  • August
  • Our Pilot Agent, now currently has 95 of their
    activations done on the AIM system!  Everyone
    loves it!
  • The ETN/WNC cluster hits 80 for AIM activations!
  • Now
  • With the AIM program, Agents now take customer's
    deposits, so the customer's account shows
    automatically that a deposit was collected.  We
    then take the deposits out of the Agents
    commissions each month.  This helped tremendously
    in other markets as far as deposits getting
    collected from Agents in a timely manner.   
  • The Corporate Office holds a AIM conference call
    every Wednesday, all Agent Managers and
    associates are invited on. We also have a 800 to
    IS for our Agents to call into with AIM
    problems. 
  • ETN/WNC now strives for 90!
