automatically be saved.
29Documenting Learning
- After training has occurred
- The new level of performance should be observed,
or work should be checked to determine if a new
level of ability, skill, or knowledge has
resulted from the training. Having received
training does not mean you have achieved the
required level. Additional training may be
necessary to achieve required levels. - If improvement in ability, skill, or knowledge
has occurred, document the improved level in the
database.
30Documenting Learning
Select Your Plan
31Record the new ASK level achieved in the
Present ASK level box
The employee upon approval by the supervisor can
change this number to the newly achieved level of
ability, skill, or knowledge
32Conclusion
- Once you have gone through the database and
identified current ASK levels - All required training items will show up on the
Employee Development Plan Report. - All completed items will show up on the Completed
ASK reports. - As your grade level increases, the achievement
you have obtained shows up in the next level
plan, if it is contained in the same database.
(i.e. from 5/7 to 9 in the SC 5/7/9 database)
33Conclusion
- Items can be added to the database in the future
as we determine additional training needs.
