• Here is what you need to login
• A CCC approved login account which provides your
  username and password.
• Microsoft Windows 95/98/2000/XP
• A supported web browser.
• To register for ordering on-line access click
  here.
• Exit the Tour at any time by clicking on the Exit
  Tour button.
• To login to our online ordering click login

• Simply enter your user ID and the password you
  have been given.

• Search and Order Products using Product Search.
• View Quote and order products.
• View Order History

• Request a Quote
• Logout when you are finished.
• Use the Browser Back and Next buttons to navigate
  between pages

Product Search
Search our Product database. When the product is
found do anyone of the following order it,
request a quote, sample, or product literature or
view supporting documentation. Choose one of

• Quick Search search by Product Name or Supplier
  or Functionality or CCC Product Number. Partial
  matches are available.
• Advanced Search Search by any combination of
  Product Name or Supplier or Functionality or CCC
  Product Number. Partial matches are available.

Product Search Results

• Click on the Product Name link to view supporting
  documentation and request quotes, samples and
  product literature.
• View weight, packaging size, Minimum quantity,
  price/100 kg, Current and Future pricing.
• Request a Quote.
• Place an Order by specifying product quantity and
  clicking Add.
• View the next/previous screen of records.
• Start a new search.

Product Name Link

• The Product Name link can be accessed by clicking
  on the blue product name hyperlink displayed in
  the Product Search, View Quote and Order History
  Screen.
• When the the product name link is selected

• Request a quote
• Request a sample
• View supporting documentation (MSDS and Product
  Specification)
• Request Literature

View Quotes

View Quotes using the View Quote button. Current
and future pricing for all products quoted is
displayed.

• Click on the Product Name link to view supporting
  documentation and request quotes, samples and
  product literature.
• View weight, packaging size, Minimum quantity,
  price/100 kg, Current and Future pricing.
• Place an Order by specifying product quantity and
  clicking Add.
• Scroll to view all records.

Order History
View Order History using the Order History
button. This displays the ship date of all
products ordered from the point that you have
been registered as a CCC e-commerce customer.

• Click on the CCC Order No. to get more details
  about the order
• View
• Your PO Order No.
• Currency Type US or CDN.
• Order Type, Warehouse, Direct or Bulk,
• Order Date
• Shipped Date.

Open Orders
View Open Orders (orders that have been placed
but not shipped) using the Open Orders button.

• Click on the Ecomm order number to get detailed
  information about the order.

Quote Request
Request a quote on a product by using the Quote
Request button. A quote window appears.

• Fill in the information in the Quote window and
  submit your Quote Request.

Note quotes can be requested for any product
displayed on the screen by clicking on the
Quote button.

Your Product Order
Your Product Order screen at the bottom of the
window displays the products that have been
ordered showing pricing information excluding tax
and returnable items. The Product Order is
cleared nightly of orders that have not been
submitted.

• View Order detail e.g. Product, weight,
  packaging, price and quantity.
• Change Order quantity by typing in a new quantity
  and hitting enter.
• Delete product from order by clicking on the
  garbage can to the right of the product.
• Clear Order
• Submit Order

Submitting Orders 1 of 2
When the Submit Order button is selected in Your
Product Order window the following screens
appear. If there is more than one order type in
the entry two separate orders are created.

• Specify the Delivery Type.
• Specify the Delivery Date by clicking on one of
  the available (green) dates on the calendar.
• View the order.
• Change product quantity if needed by typing in a
  new product quantity.
• Delete a product from the order by clicking on
  the garbage can to the right of the product.
• Cancel Order
• Go back to the Your Product Order or forward to
  step 2.

Fields with a red asterisk have to be filled in.

• Fill in PO Number
• Fill in special instructions
• Change shipping information
• Modify contact information
• Cancel order
• Go back to previous screen
• Confirm Order

Order Confirmation

• On confirming an order the following screen will
  appear indicating the e-commerce order number.An
  email will also be sent with the e-commerce order
  information.
