What I wanted to do

• Produce plots on CDF machines that run internally
  (i.e. no CDF bin files)
• Produce plots on USCMS machines that run
  internally (i.e. no CMS bin files)
• Patch any holes
• Upgrade
• Template

Things done

• Produce Fitter plots on CDF machines
• Produce Fitter Code on USCMS machines

Problems?

• When compiling on CMSLPC, gmake would find root
  library but not link to it
• Compiling errors
• CMSLPC (64-bit processor)
• Root library (32-bit software)
• Added -m32 to Makefile twice
• Now Fitter works on CMSLPC

• XMon Fitter is a self contained package on CDF
• Some renaming is needed when put on a new machine
• Fixing fitter will lead to upgrades(Al Stones
  suggestions)
• Legend
• Color, Position, Statistical info, etc
• Axes labels
• More legible, Ave gt Avg
• Axes scales
• Begin at 0 in lower left-hand corner
