The Publication

• Outline and define the various basic objects in
  cadastres and land registers
• Outline identification systems in use
• Discuss pros and cons of the current relevant
  legislation, systems and practises
• Make recommendations as far as possible
• Noting that transactions in real property are in
  rights - not in physical objects
